I am suffering from erectile dysfuction - #20844

I am male 32 years old.i am suffering from erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation since 4 months.I don't know what treatment would be more effective so plz guide me.I have not taken any treatment yet.

Hello. Do Regular Yoga, pranayam and meditation. Regular practice kigel exercise. Apply Bala tail to body daily morning followed by warm bath. Have milk , ghee , whitebutter, small portion of Udad dal . Yab Tentex forte of Himalaya 1 tab 2 times a day. Tab Mentat 2 tabs 2 times a day.
