For Ashwagandha, take about 5 grams of powder mixed with warm milk or water twice a day. Safed Musli can also be consumed in a similar manner, about 2-3 grams daily.
Your digestive fire, or “agni”, plays a significant role in energy levels and vitality. Try to establish regular meal times, as skipping meals can lead to a weak agni.
