Premature ejaculationand(PE), Erectile Disfunction (ED) - #26712

I have been experiencing premature ejaculation for about 3–4 years. My sex duration is only 10–15 seconds. Since my partner is very understanding, I don’t think I have performance anxiety—there may be some other cause of my PE. I had been masturbating for around 7–8 years, but I stopped about a year ago. Now I only do it 3–4 times a month. Along with this, I also have a problem with erectile dysfunction. I mostly don’t get morning erections—only about 5–10 days a month, and even then the erection is only 50–60%, not full. During sex, I only get 60–80% erection, and during the second round it decreases even more. I don’t have any diseases like diabetes or BP. Please give me a solution for both PE and ED.

Hello Aman, Don’t worry, every 1 out of 10 males in India suffer from ED and early ejaculation . With proper ayurvedic treatment plan ,this issue can be resolved. Treatment - 1. Chandraprabha vati -2-0-2 after meal 2. Yauvanamrit vati-2-0-2 after meal 3. Shilajit sat- 2 drops in milk at bedtime 4. Medha vati-1-0-1 after meal 5. Baidyanath Vita EX oil - For local application and massage.

ED and other sexual problems usually have more than one cause including cardiovascular causes, psychological causes , unhealthy lifestyle.

Diet- Eat dates, raisins, soaked and peeled almonds. Eat foods that increase Nitric oxide levels include: Green leafy vegetables Citrus fruits Nuts and seeds Pomegranates Garlic

Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti.
