Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Hello Thank you for sharing your concern. But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊

✅ YOUR CONCERN You are having:

Itching in the upper vaginal area Duration: Less than 1 week No discharge, no pain, no burning during urination History of sensitivity to soaps/products

✅ At present, the absence of discharge, foul odor, and pain indicates that this does NOT constitute an infection. Most probably it is: -Itching caused by dry skin -Irritation caused by a product

✅ INTERNAL MEDICATION (Only mild internal support is needed at this stage)

1. Gandhak Rasayan – 1-0-1 after food (Blood purifier, alleviates skin itching and allergic conditions)

2. Triphala Churna – ½ tsp at bedtime with warm water (Enhances gut & skin detox)

✅ EXTERNAL CARE (OINTMENT – MOST IMPORTANT FOR YOU)

✅ BEST AYURVEDIC OINTMENTS:

1. Jatyadi Taila – Apply a thin layer locally twice daily (An agent of relief from itching, dryness & tissue repair)

OR

2. Coconut oil + a few drops of castor oil – Apply locally twice daily (If you intend to make a simple home remedy)

Only external application is recommended.Do keep the area clean and dry before application.

✅ HOME REMEDIES

1. Wash the area only with lukewarm water 2. Avoid all: Perfumed soaps Intimate washes Scrubs

3. Wear only loose cotton underwear 4. Keep the area dry after bathing 5. Do not scratch (even if the itching is very severe)

✅ DIET PLAN

INCLUDE Coconut water Buttermilk Pomegranate Cucumber Home-cooked simple food Plenty of warm water

❌AVOID Spicy food should be avoided along with fried dishes, sugar in excess, bakery and junk food, and tea/coffee in large quantities.

✅ LIFESTYLE TIPS

Do not use panty liners on a daily basis If your clothes become sweaty, change them right away For a few days, do not wear tight jeans/leggings Refrain from sexual activities until the time that the itching disappears

By applying the ointment mentioned above and not using irritants, your itching will probably disappear within 2–4 days.

Itching in the vaginal area, specially at the upper part, can stem from various factors like dryness, infections or allergies. As per Ayurveda, itching is often linked to Pitta or Vata imbalance. Before applying any ointment, it’s essential to address these doshas to alleviate the root cause.

1. Aloe vera gel or Coconut oil: You can start with applying pure aloe vera gel or coconut oil in the affected area. Aloe vera soothes and hydrates, while coconut oil has antimicrobial properties. Before application, wash the area with lukewarm water and pat dry gently. Apply a small amount of either and let it absorb naturally. Do this twice a day, preferably after a bath and before bed.

2. Neem and turmeric paste: If you are open to herbal remedies, a paste made from neem leaves and turmeric powder mixed with water may help. Make a smooth paste and apply it on the area. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. These are natural antibacterials and can aid inflammation. However, do a patch test first to rule out any allergies to these substances.

3. Avoid synthetic fabrics: Opt for breathable, cotton underwear and keep the area dry. Avoid tight clothing that may irritate the area further, especially in warm climates.

4. Hydration and diet: Increase your water intake, as dehydration can exacerbate dryness. Include foods rich in Omega-3’s like flax seeds, fish oil in your diet, they’re known to nourish skin tissues.

If these methods don’t bring relief in a few days, or if the itching worsens, consult a healthcare provider to rule out any infections like yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Avoid self-prescribing over-the-counter medications like anti-fungal ointments without a diagnosis, as inappropriate treatment can mask symptoms.

Dr. Garima Mattu
I am working in Ayurveda for about 2 years now, mainly around gynecological problems, which I honestly feel are way more common than most people realise. I see a lot of women struggling silently with issues like irregular periods, cramps that just don’t stop, mood swings, PCOS kind of symptoms... sometimes they come in after trying a bunch of stuff already n nothing really works long-term. That’s where I try to bring in a more rooted approach. I use a mix of Ayurvedic principles, dietetics (like food based on dosha & body type etc), and yoga therapy to manage these conditions. It’s not just about reducing pain during periods or balancing hormones—it’s more like trying to understand what’s causing the imbalances in the first place. I spend time trying to map the prakriti-vikriti profile and see how stress, food, daily habits are impacting the cycle. I don’t rush things, coz honestly healing isn't linear and doesn't follow some fixed timeline. And not everyone wants to jump into panchakarma straightaway either, right? Also pain management is a big part of my work. Whether it’s period cramps or pelvic pain, or even chronic stuff tied to digestion and fatigue, I look at how we can ease that naturally. Sometimes through simple things like castor oil packs, or subtle shifts in routine, other times I may recommend herbs or formulations. Yoga plays a huge role too, esp. when the body feels stuck or inflamed. Not gym-style yoga, more therapeutic.. breath n movement syncing with dosha correction, that kind of thing. To be honest, I’m still learning—Ayurveda’s depth is huge, and I feel like I’m just getting started. But what I do know is, when I see women begin to trust their own body’s rhythm again, that’s really powerful. Makes all the effort worth it. Even small relief matters. It's not perfect, sometimes things take longer, sometimes we need to adjust mid-way... but it's real.

I am currently pursuing my MD in Panchakarma, and by now I carry 3 yrs of steady clinical experience. Panchakarma for me is not just detox or some fancy retreat thing — it’s the core of how Ayurveda actually works to reset the system. During my journey I’ve handled patients with arthritis flares, chronic back pain, migraine, digestive troubles, hormonal imbalance, even skin and stress-related disorders... and in almost every case Panchakarma gave space for deeper healing than medicines alone. Working hands-on with procedures like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana gave me a lot of practical insight. It's not just about performing the therapy, but understanding timing, patient strength, diet before and after, and how their mind-body reacts to cleansing. Some respond quick, others struggle with initial discomfort, and that’s where real patient support matters. I learnt to watch closely, adjust small details, and guide them through the whole process safely. My approach is always patient-centric. I don’t believe in pushing the same package to everyone. I first assess prakriti, agni, mental state, lifestyle, then decide what works best. Sometimes full Panchakarma isn’t even needed — simple modifications, herbs, or limited therapy sessions can bring results. And when full shodhana is required, I plan it in detail with proper purvakarma & aftercare, cause that’s what makes outcomes sustainable. The last few years made me more confident not just in procedures but in the philosophy behind them. Panchakarma isn’t a quick fix — it demands patience, discipline, trust. But when done right, it gives relief that lasts, and that’s why I keep refining how I practice it.

Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Atul Painuli
I am Vaidya Atul Painuli, currently working as an Ayurvedic Consultant at Patanjali Chikitsalaya, Delhi... been here a while now. My focus from the start—over 10+ yrs in this field—has been to stay true to what Ayurveda *actually* is, not just surface-level remedies or buzzwords. I’ve treated a wide mix of patients, from people battling chronic illnesses to those just looking to fix their lifestyle before it leads to disease (which is v underrated tbh). During these years, I kinda shaped my practice around the idea that one solution never fits all. Whether it’s diabetes, gut disorders, stress-related problems or hormone issues—everything goes back to the root, the *nidana*. I usually go with classic Ayurvedic meds, but I mix it up with Panchakarma, diet tweaks and daily routine correction, depending on the case. Most of the time, ppl don’t even realize how much their habits are feeding into the problem. It’s not just about herbs or massages... though those are important too. At Patanjali Chikitsalaya, I see patients from literally all walks of life—office-goers, elderly, even young kids sometimes. Everyone’s got something diff going on, which keeps me grounded. What I try to do is not just treat the symptoms but help ppl *see* what’s happening in their bodies and minds. Like Ayurveda says—if your digestion, sleep and emotions are off... then eventually health’s gonna wobble. I don’t promise quick results but I do stay with my patients through the process, adjusting things based on how they respond. That part makes a big difference I think. For me, Ayurveda isn’t a “last resort” kinda thing—it’s a system that can prevent 80% of the lifestyle diseases ppl suffer from today, if done right. My goal? Just to keep doing this in a way that feels real, grounded, and actually helps ppl—not overwhelm them with too much jargon or fear. Just practical, clean, honest healing.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. Suresh Bhat
I am the Chief Consulting Physician and CEO at Ayurbhoomi Health Care, where for the past 7+ yrs I have been fully into practicing classical, pure Ayurveda without diluting its roots. My journey has been focused on working as a Rasa Vaidya — dealing with herbo-mineral formulations, rasaushadhis, and classical therapies that demand precision but also give powerful results when used properly. At Ayurbhoomi, we specialize in chronic illnesses that usually trouble people for years — arthritis, digestive disorders, skin problems, neurological issues, hormonal imbalances, even lifestyle diseases like diabetes or obesity. Many patients come after trying multiple treatments with little relief, and that’s where Ayurveda shows its strength. I create treatment plans that combine classical chikitsa, Panchakarma where needed, yoga, and pathya-apathya guidance. Sometimes simple changes work, sometimes it takes months of close monitoring — but each case has to be personalized, no shortcuts. Over the years I’ve seen how blending Ayurveda with Yoga therapy creates more sustainable outcomes, especially for pain management, stress-related conditions, and metabolic disorders. Running Ayurbhoomi also means ensuring that quality of care is consistent, that patients feel safe, and that therapies are done with proper protocols. Managing both clinical care and administrative responsibilities hasn’t always been easy, but it helped me build a clearer vision of what true Ayurveda-based healthcare can look like in today’s world. My approach is always patient-first — rooted in authentic texts, practical in application, and guided by the idea that long-term healing happens only when the root cause is corrected. Ayurveda is not just about treating a disease name, it’s about restoring balance in body & mind together. That’s what I try to keep alive in every consultation and every treatment plan.

Over time I have treated many cases of chronic skin conditions, gut related disorders and also anorectal issues like piles, fissure and similar complaints. Each case felt different, no two patients respond the same way, and I learnt how to adapt treatment according to prakriti, diet habits, stress levels. Skin problems always catch attention first — psoriasis, eczema, acne that stays for years — but I understood that they often start from inside, from digestion or blood impurities. Gut issues like acidity, constipation, IBS are also common in my practice, and here small corrections in food timing or herbs can change a lot. Anorectal cases, especially piles and fissure, are painful both physically and mentally for patients, so I try to bring a treatment plan that is safe, non-invasive when possible, and focused on long term relief not just temporary fixes. Working with such variety of disorders also taught me patience. Some patients want fast results, but Ayurveda needs time to clean the root cause. I explain them carefully, sometimes repeating many times, that slow healing is stronger healing. Building that trust is important. My approach is always to combine herbal formulations, diet advice, and lifestyle correction with procedures when required, to ensure balance is restored and maintained. For me, Ayurveda is not a set of ready remedies but a flexible science that adapts to each person. Whether it’s skin, gut or anorectal problems, my focus stays on listening, understanding and guiding patients with clarity, honesty and steady support.

Dr. Shreya Tavhare
I am a pediatrician working in Ayurveda since the last 8+ yrs. I did my masters in Kaumarbhritya (Ayurvedic pediatrics & neonatology) from MUHS Nasik, and honestly, that whole phase of study made me look at child health in a very diff way. I mean, kids are not just smaller adults... their agni, doshas, immunity (ojas) – all work diff and change super fast. And if we catch imbalances early, we can prevent sooo much future disease. That’s what keeps me drawn to this field again n again. I’ve been treating conditions like recurrent cough, digestive issues, low weight, delayed milestones, worm infestations, even stuff like hyperactive behaviour n sleep trouble. Some kids get better quickly, others need time n small course corrections. I like to work close with parents — answer all the “why’s” they bring, explain every step if I can. Sometimes they ask the same q’s multiple times, but I get it... they’re worried. I would be too. My core focus stays around strengthening immunity, gut health, and supporting proper development — both physical n mental. I use classical herbs, lehan, swarna prashan, and yes... lot of diet tweaking, too. I don’t believe in rushing or blindly copying textbook plans. Each child reacts diff. Ayurveda teaches you that if you listen well. I also work in rural setups sometimes, and tbh, the satisfaction there is just... something else. Fewer resources, more trust, more responsibility. Keeps me grounded. This work’s not flashy, but it’s real. And if the baby smiles, eats, sleeps, and the parents start sleeping again too... I know we’re on the right path.

Dr. Jatin Kumar Sharma
I am a BAMS graduate and currently running my own clinic, where I see patients on a regular basis and try to give them honest, practical care. My daily work involves understanding different health concerns, listening properly to what the patient is going through, and then planning treatment in a way that actually fits their routine. I believe treatment should not feel confusing or rushed, and sometimes even small changes make a big difference. Running my own clinic has taught me a lot about responsibility and consistency. Some days are busy, some are slow, but every patient brings a different challenge and learning. I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle correction and long-term health balance, rather than quick fixes. There are times when progress takes longer, but I stay patient and keep working with the person step by step. I try to keep my approach simple, practical and honest. For me, real success is when a patient feels better in daily life, sleeps better, eats better and slowly regains balance. That is what keeps me going and improving every day.

I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.
