Which is the best Ayurvedic digestive medicine? - #12673
I've been struggling with digestive problems for YEARS now. It started with just mild bloating, but over time, things got worse. Some days, I feel like my stomach is filled with gas no matter what I eat. Other days, it's the opposite – like my digestion just completely shuts down, and I feel heavy for hours. And don’t even get me started on the random bouts of acidity and burping that come out of nowhere. I’ve tried a lot of things. Home remedies, drinking warm water, eating more fiber, even cutting out spicy food – but nothing gives lasting relief. A friend suggested I try an Ayurvedic digestive medicine instead of relying on Western antacids or probiotics. But I have no idea where to start because there are SO MANY Ayurvedic medicines out there for digestion! Some say Triphala is the best, others swear by Hingvashtak Churna, and then there’s Avipattikar Churna, which is supposed to be good for acidity. How do I know which one is right for my specific problem? Also, should I take them daily, or only when I have digestive discomfort? And do they have any side effects, like making the stomach too loose? I really want to fix my digestion naturally without becoming dependent on medicines forever. Can anyone recommend the best Ayurvedic digestive medicine for long-term gut health? Would love to hear personal experiences too!
