Doctors’ responses

The symptoms you're describing—white vaginal discharge, odor, and weakness—could be related to Pitta imbalance in Ayurveda, particularly involving the Rakta (blood) and Shukra (reproductive tissue) doshas. This could be due to infections, hormonal imbalances, or digestive disturbances. Here’s a holistic Ayurvedic approach: Herbal Remedies: Ashoka and Lodhra are powerful herbs to balance the menstrual and vaginal health, reducing discharge and odor. You can take them in powder or tablet form as prescribed by an Ayurvedic practitioner. Triphala for detoxification and improving digestion, which is linked to overall reproductive health. Dietary Adjustments: Avoid spicy, oily, and fermented foods that may aggravate Pitta and increase discharge. Include cooling foods like coconut, cucumber, and ghee in your diet to soothe internal heat. Lifestyle Practices: Practice good hygiene, and use mild herbal washes like neem and turmeric for external cleansing. Regular practice of yoga can help improve circulation and reduce stress, which might contribute to overall weakness and discomfort. Strengthening the Body: Ashwagandha can be taken for boosting energy and addressing weakness. This will help in balancing Vata and improving overall vitality. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it’s important to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor a specific treatment plan for you.
