Namaste Samriddhi, To manage hair thinning and regrow hair while balancing Kapha and Vata doshas, follow this Ayurvedic regimen: 1. Herbal Hair Oils & Massage Bhringraj Taila or Neelibhringadi Taila: Nourishes hair follicles and reduces dryness. Nasya Therapy: Apply 2 drops of Anu Taila in each nostril daily to pacify Vata and Kapha. Scalp Massage: Do gentle head massage with warm oil to stimulate hair growth. 2. Internal Remedies Amalaki (Indian Gooseberry): Promotes hair growth and strengthens roots. Ashwagandha: Reduces stress-related hair loss. Haridrakhand: Continue for allergy and immunity support. 3. Diet & Lifestyle Diet: Increase healthy fats (ghee, sesame oil), green vegetables, and nuts for nourishment. Hydration: Stay hydrated to reduce dryness. Avoid cold foods and excess caffeine, which aggravate Vata and worsen hair loss. 4. Dandruff Care Use Neem-based hair packs weekly to control dandruff. Rinse with Aloe Vera gel for cooling and hydration. 5. Breathing Exercises Practice Nadi Shodhana Pranayama to calm Vata, reduce stress, and improve hair health. Consult an Ayurvedic Vaidya for personalized care. With consistency, improvements in hair quality and regrowth are likely.
