does arthritis oil really work for knee pain? seeking honest feedback - #1699
Struggling with arthritis pain for the past 3 years, mostly in my knees. The stiffness is the worst in the mornings, and it feels like I’m walking on glass when I get out of bed. I’ve tried different creams and over-the-counter painkillers, but they only give temporary relief. I read about Ayurvedic arthritis oils like Mahanarayan oil and Dhanwantharam oil that claim to reduce inflammation and help with joint pain. I’m curious if anyone here has actually tried these oils for arthritis? Do they help with pain and swelling, or is it just another marketing trick? Also, how often should I be applying it to see a difference? I want to avoid steroids if possible, so looking for a more natural solution that really works.
