For the last few months, I've been dealing with constant pain in my knees and lower back. At first, I thought it was just normal tiredness, but it's not going away. I’ve been taking them for about a month now, but I don't really feel any difference. My joints still feel stiff in the morning, and the pain is still there. I also read somewhere that taking these tablets for too long might have side effects, like kidney stones or stomach issues.
