Hi Deepak, Do you experience pain in the penis tip continuously or only during urination or after certain activities? Are there any other digestive symptoms like bloating, loss of appetite, or fatigue? Also, have you noticed any changes in the color of your urine or stool? To support liver health, consider Milk Thistle and Turmeric, which can help with liver detoxification. For prostate and urinary health, Saw Palmetto and Gokshura can be beneficial. Avoid alcohol and heavy, greasy foods, and drink plenty of water to support your liver.

Given the information about normal prostate size but with small calcification and some discomfort you're experiencing in the penile area, it seems there's a possibility of vata dosha being imbalanced. In Ayurveda, vata is associated with movement and can sometimes cause pain or discomfort when out of balance. First, addressing the vata imbalance is crucial. Incorporate warm, nourishing, and easy-to-digest foods into your diet. Favor cooked foods over raw, like soups and stews. Opt for whole grains like rice and oats, and use healthy, warming spices such as ginger and turmeric. Regular meals at consistent times can be beneficial to stabilize vata. For the hepatic enzymes SGOT, SGPT, and GGT levels which are on the higher side, support your liver function gently with natural remedies. Consider incorporating foods like amla (Indian gooseberry) in the form of chyawanprash, as it’s rich in antioxidants and supportive of liver function. Turmeric milk, taken at night, can also be comforting and beneficial due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Staying hydrated is vital, so be sure to drink plenty of warm water, ideally sip ginger water throughout the day. This helps maintaining agni, or digestive fire, which is fundamental for processing and eliminating toxins from body. Avoid excessive oily, spicy, or heavy foods, as they can aggravate pitta, particularly affecting liver function. In terms of lifestyle, regular exercise like walking or yoga can help moderate imbalance of doshas, particularly vata. Pranayama, particularly anulom vilom, is excellent for balancing energies and calming the nervous system. If the penile discomfort persists or if there's any accompanying symptoms such as discharge, it’s important to seek immediate medical attention. These discomforts should not be ignored. Complementary Ayurveda practices are supportive, but they should not replace necessary medical evaluations. It's all about finding the harmony that suits you best alongwith medical guidance.
