Hello. Dandruff can be one of the reason for pimples on forehead. If so than after hairwash rinse your hair with water boiled with lemon peel and triphala powder. Take Arogyavardhini vati 2 tabs 2 times a day after food for 15 days. Apply aloe vera on face. Or Coriander seed powder + vekhand powder +lodhra powder + rose water + 2 drops of tea tree oil paste on face for 15 mins. Than wash. Than tone it up with rose water + dissolved pinch of capmhor powder.(Bhimsen kappor)

Forehead acne and hairfall often signals an imbalance in doshas, particularly Pitta and Vata. It seems like your skin might be reacting to internal heat or stress, while dryness or nutritional deficiencies could contribute to hairfall. Let's dive into a tailored approach guided by Ayurvedic principles. First, consider your diet. Incorporating cooling and hydrating foods can pacify excess Pitta. Cucumber, watermelon, coconut water, and aloe vera juice can be quite beneficial. Avoid spicy, oily, and hot foods that may intensify Pitta. For hair health, focus on incorporating sesame seeds and almonds for their rich nutrient profile. Start your day with a teaspoon of soaked soaked sesame seeds, and munch on almonds as a snack, these are amazing for hair strength. A good practice would be following Pranayama (breathing exercises) like Sheetali, which helps in cooling your body's heat internally. Try doing this every morning for 10 minutes on an empty stomach. As for external care, consider using natural cleansers like besan (gram flour) mixed with turmeric. This helps cleanse and detoxify skin without irritating it further. Make a paste and apply it gently on the face for about 10 minutes daily before rinsing off. Opt for sandalwood or rose water as a toner; they have cooling properties and help reduce inflammation. For hair, regular oil massage using Bhringraj oil or a mixture of coconut and almond oil is recommended to strengthen and nourish hair roots. Apply gently, leave it for an hour, then rinse with mild herbal shampoos. This can be practiced twice a week. Turmeric with honey (a pinch in a spoonful of honey) can be consumed regularly to curb inflammation. Caution against overuse, as it might leave residues on the skin that irritate some individuals, so moderation is key!. Adequate sleep and stress management, including mindfulness or meditation practices, can drastically reduce the breakouts and hair related issues. Lifestyle factor have a bigger role than one might think! If symptoms persist, it's crucial to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner in person, as they would provide a more comprehensive diagnosis tailored specifically to your prakriti. Meanwhile, avoid delaying if the condition worsens as it would require immediate medical attendance.
