U am dr.M.syshma,an ayurvedic doctor with 20 years of experience.i mainly deal with preventing disease rather treating after occurring through diet ..Meanwhile I also treat the disease with the root cause rather treating symptomatically through colour therapy and traditional energy medt

Yograj guggulu- 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water 
Maha Narayan Oil – Massage gently on the shoulder and elbow twice a day, followed by a warm compress.
Dashmool Kwath - 1 tsp powder in 400 mL water boil upto 100 mL , filter and drink on empty stomach twice daily 
Ashwagandha Powder – Take ½ teaspoon with warm water or milk at night
