as per your condition i suggesting you for permanent cure you should do panchkarma (virechana/leech therapy etc). after it will not recurrent like that cure, I recommend undergoing Panchakarma therapy, which includes Virechana (therapeutic purgation) and Leech Therapy (Raktamokshana) based on your specific condition. These treatments help in detoxification, balancing doshas, and preventing recurrence.for it you should visit nearby panchkarma center. Dietary Recommendations: ✅ Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water and herbal infusions. ✅ Fruit Intake – Eat one plate of fresh fruits for breakfast to support digestion and immunity. ✅ Avoid: Tea & Coffee – As they can aggravate Pitta and Vata. Over-fried & Processed Foods – To prevent toxin buildup. Excess Sun Exposure – As it may worsen symptoms related to Pitta imbalance. Once you complete Panchakarma therapy, the condition is less likely to recur. Let me know if you need a detailed treatment plan based on your symptoms.
