Hello Firstly avoid spicy sour fermented foods, coffee aerated juices While sleeping the pillow should cover till shoulder and head as neck should be supported by pillow Try to do some simple exercises for neck if pain increases stop it and inform. Panchakarma treatment should be repeated atleast for 6 months for 2-3 times then yearly once is fine .

1) cervilon soft gel capsule 2-0-2 after food 2) prasnyadi kashaya 3) maha rasnadi kashaya 10ml-0-10ml with 10ml warm water before food (each kashaya 5ml) 4) ksheerabala 101 drops 2 drops each nostril in empty stomach in early morning

Panchakarma treatment - No pressure massage 1) Greeva basti followed by Patra pinda sweda for 7 days

For pain relief and to reduce inflammation, Dashamoolarishta might be beneficial. This herbal decoction is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. You might consider taking 15-20 ml with an equal amount of warm water after meals, but it’s crucial to consult with a local Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized guidance, especially if you are taking other medications.

Your diet plays an important role in managing spondylosis. Focus on a vata-pacifying diet, which includes warm, cooked and easily digestible foods. Warm soups, moong dal khichdi, and cooked vegetables like carrots, spinach and zucchini might be great options. Avoid cold, dry and raw foods which can aggravate Vata. Including spices like turmeric and ginger can also help with inflammation and improve circulation.
