Firstly avoid spicy sour fermented foods, coffee aerated juices
While sleeping the pillow should cover till shoulder and head as neck should be supported by pillow
Try to do some simple exercises for neck if pain increases stop it and inform.
Panchakarma treatment should be repeated atleast for 6 months for 2-3 times then yearly once is fine .
1) cervilon soft gel capsule 2-0-2 after food
2) prasnyadi kashaya
3) maha rasnadi kashaya 10ml-0-10ml with 10ml warm water before food (each kashaya 5ml)
4) ksheerabala 101 drops 2 drops each nostril in empty stomach in early morning
Panchakarma treatment -
No pressure massage
1) Greeva basti followed by Patra pinda sweda for 7 days
