Chronic constipation - #20532

I have used a lot of medicines but relief is temporary. I tried laxatives, herbal medicine like nutriplum by nutrifactor, triphla powder, neem powder, but not work. It all works while I am using when stop to use it got again.

Divya Chitrakadi Vati - Divya Arogyavardhini Vati - Take 1 tablets from each twice a day- after breakfast and dinner Drink plenty of fluids Include fibre rich diet, Avoid spicy sour fermented foods Drink warm water early morning so that it flushes out the toxins Regular walking so that it improves metabolism and helps in bowel movement And you can apply dark blue colour at left thumb last line like a ring daily for 4 hours

Just have lot of water & fiber diet with daily one banana after food 1) Mustaka arishta... 10 ml 2 times a day 2) Tablet Anuloma - DS.... 2 tablets night while sleeping 3)Tablet Amlamed before food 2 Tablet 2 times a day 4) Triphala churna with warm water 2 times after food Take this continuesly for 1month & comment the results
