Sometimes upt may not show that early wait for 3 4 days and once again do UPT test, especially early morning sample is better,as you are telling you had sex with protection wait for another 3 4 days if then also UPT is negative, go for us scan - normal , then you can start treatment for delayed periods

Take Chandraprabha Vati 1 tablet twice daily. Additionally, it is important to go for a scan. Missing periods are not always a sign of pregnancy, as there can be many other reasons. Therefore, you should get a scan done to understand the cause.

I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

Missing a period can certainly be concerning, especially when you're used to having a regular cycle. It seems like your most recent period was due around early April, and it's understandable to feel unnerved when things don't go as expected. In Ayurvedic context, a delayed or missed period could reflect an imbalance in the doshas, particularly Vata and Pitta doshas, which govern the female reproductive system. Stress, changes in diet or lifestyle, excessive weight loss or gain, and even the demands of caring for a toddler can influence these doshas, leading to irregularities in the menstrual cycle. First, ensure you manage stress effectively. Practices such as yoga, meditation, or simple deep-breathing exercises can help calm Vata imbalances. Try to maintain a consistent sleep schedule, as irregularities here can also affect hormonal balance. Considering diet, incorporate foods that soothe Vata and Pitta. Cooked and warm foods, like vegetable soups or khichdi, served warm with ghee can be beneficial. Avoid very spicy, oily, or junk food as theese can aggravate Pitta. Warm water with a pinch of powdered ginger or cumin seeds can aid digestion, which is intimately linked to reproductive health in Ayurveda. Herbal remedies such as Ashoka (Saraca indica) and Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) are often recommended in Ayurveda to support the menstrual cycle. They can be taken as capsules, following the recommended dosage on the package or an Ayurvedic practitioner's advice. If your cycle doesn't resume or you notice any other troubling symptoms, it's wise to follow up with a healthcare provider. There might still be an underlying medical condition that requires attention. Remember, while Ayurveda offers profound insights, professional medical evaluation remains important. Keep monitoring, and take care of your body's cues.
