Mere kamar me humesa dard rehta h . Sare joints se awaz ati h uthte bethte. Acidity bhi rehti h . Likoriya bhi rehta h kuch bhi halka sa bhi khatta khate hi likoriya, pet me niche sujan ho jati h. Vitamin d humesa low rehtah , bahut bar course kar liya bhadta nhi h . Body me vibration bhi lgta h.

Apke symptoms ko dekh kar lagta hai ki apko vata dosha aur pitta dosha ka imbalance ho sakta hai. Vata dosha ke imbalance ki wajah se room matat ke dard aur joints se awaz aati hai, aur pitta ke imbalance ke karan acidity aur likoriya jaisa problem hota hai. Saath hi vitamin D deficiency bhi kuch symptoms me yogdaan de sakti hai.
Dietary changes me balance diet bahut mahatvapurn hai. Kam se kam processed foods aur spicy foods khaye. Har din anaar ka rasa ya chukundar ka juice pije, yeh rakht ki shuddhi aur vata-pitta ko santhulit karne me madad karenge. Dahi ko avoid karein ya chaach ki tarah se patla karke nasht karein.
Lifestyle aur vyayam par dhyaan dena bhi avashyak hai. Din ki shuruaat garam paani aur ek chamach ghee se karna labhdayak ho sakta hai. Regular walk aur yogasan jese bhujangasan aur setubandhasan aasan ki prati din practice karein.
Ayurvedic upay bhi faydemand ho sakte hain. Ashwagandha aur Triphala churna le sakte hain, iska sevan ek chhoti chamach raat ko garam paani ya doodh ke saath karein. Yadi suhata ho toh abhayanga massage tail se apna sakte hain, yeh vata ko shant karne me madad kar sakta hai.
Acidity aur likoriya ke liye madhuras (fennel seeds) ka sevan din me 2-3 baar karein, yah pitta ko shant karega. Vitamin D level ko sudharne ke liye surya prabhaavit hosting me baithe bina sunscreen ke subah ke 7-9 baje ke beech, lagbhag 15-20 minute tak.
Agar koi bhari taqleef ho ya condition bigad rahi ho toh doctor se milkar nidesh lena avashyak hai. Har ek individual ke symptoms alag hote hain, toh personal guidance lekar hi treatment karein.
