Hello. U need do regular yoga, pranayam and meditation. Have healthy diet and regular sleep. Avoid late nights. Avoid too much of Alcohol and smoking. Include in ur diet cow milk + ghee , homemade butter, green vegetables, have non spicy chicken soup 2 to 3 times a week, sometimes boiled eggs especially white part. , pulses like black gram.
