Indigestion, especially with fatty liver, can be really frustrating, yeah? It's crucial to address the root in order to find some relief and Ayurveda has a few handy suggestions. With your symptoms like excessive gas and weight gain, it's important to first balance your dosha, which might be a bit kapha-heavy due to the weight issues and fatty liver. Start by focusing on your diet; go for warm, cooked foods and avoid raw, cold or oily ones. In Ayurveda, “Agni” or digestive fire is a key concept, so you want to keep that strong. You might try drinking warm water throughout the day and half a lemon squeezed into warm water first thing in the morning, to stimulate digestion. Consider adding spices like ginger, cumin, and fennel to your meals, as they can aid digestion and ease gas troubles. For the skin issues due to indigestion and liver function, herbs such as Amla can be very useful due to its detoxifying properties. Aloe vera juice could also help—it’s soothing for the digestive tract and can support liver health as well. Aside from the diet, try to engage in regular exercise, but without overdoing it. A simple walk for 30 minutes would do wonders in stimulating metabolism and balancing kapha. As for your adenomyosis, it can be more complex, but reducing refined sugars and processed foods can sometimes ease symptoms. Sciatica pain is another beast altogether. Gentle yoga and stretching might alleviate some of that discomfort; the Cobra Pose and Pigeon Pose could be beneficial, but be careful not to push too hard. Oil massages with warm sesame oil or analgesic balms may bring some temporary relief. Lastly, meditation and deep breathing exercises can help ease stress, which often exacerbates symptoms. Combining all these could gradually bring you more in balance. Remember though, if symptoms worsen, it’s important to consult a physician.
