Narendra, it sounds like you're dealing with quite a lot right now, and I'm sorry to hear about your discomfort... Let's look into it through an Ayurvedic lens. First, considering all this pain you're experiencing, it seems there may be vata dosha imbalance at play. Vata, associated with movement and air, can lead to issues connected to pain and sleeplessness if it's aggravated. You also mention burning urine, which evokes a Pitta imbalance as well. For your back and joint pain, try using warm sesame oil for self-massage every day. It's grounding for vata and nourishes the tissues (or dhatus). After applying the oil, take a hot bath or shower—this will help the oil to penetrate deeper and soothe the muscles. For your sleep troubles, establish a bedtime routine, just like you’d do for a child. Drink a cup of warm milk (almond or cow) with a pinch of nutmeg before bed, which is calming and conducive to sleep. Avoid screens at least an hour before bedtime—try reading a calming book instead. With this urine burning, though it's important to make sure it's double-checked, consider increasing your intake of cooling foods. Cucumber, coconut water, and coriander seed drink (boil a teaspoon of seeds in water, strain it, and drink) can mitigate this Pitta. If possible, stick to a daily yoga routine that's gentle but consistent—focus on stretches and asanas that are easy on your joints. Remember that it's crucial to follow up with professionals, especially if burning urine persists. Integrate these suggestions with advice from your healthcare provider for a complete look at what your body needs! I hope these help you get back to balance and sleep like a baby soon!
