Losing breast size after childbirth is quite common, and it sounds like you're going through a lot! Ayurveda can indeed offer some natural ways to potentially support breast growth, alongside improving overall vitality and health. First up, diet is super important. Since you’re underweight, we’d focus on nourishing foods. Ayurveda emphasizes the role of ojas (vital energy) in body wellness. To boost ojas, try including healthy fats like ghee, nuts (almonds, walnuts), and seeds (flaxseeds, sesame seeds) in your meals. Ghee, especially, is considered a great rejuvenator when consumed in moderation. Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) is often recommended in Ayurveda for women’s health. It's known for its power to enhance ojas and improve hormonal balance. You can find it in powder or capsule form; a daily intake of around 1-2 teaspoons of shatavari powder with warm milk can be beneficial. But do check with an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting—especially with your unique health condition. Now, about exercise... gentle pectoral exercises might help too. Consider practices like Yoga, focusing on poses that work the chest area. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) or Ustrasana (Camel Pose) can help tone the muscles under the breasts, which might lend them a firmer appearance. Massage is also key. An Ayurvedic oil massage (abhyanga) may improve circulation and support tissue growth. Use warm olive or sesame oil, and perform the massage in a circular motion around the breasts—be gentle, don’t rush this. Spend about 10-15 minutes on this a few times a week. Keep an eye on your kidney health too, given your condition. Ensure hydration, and follow-up with your healthcare provider regularly. Ayurvedic remedies should complement but never substitute essential medical advice for underlying health issues. I hope these suggestions help lift your spirits and body too! Remember, it’s a gradual process. Take this time to nourish yourself holistically—both emotionally and physically.
