The symptoms you mentioned - pus cells in urine, albumin leakage, high creatinine levels, frequent nighttime urination with burning, weakness, leg pain, fever with chills, and body aches – point towards a serious renal or uro-genital issue that requires immediate attention. Firstly, I highly recomemnd seeing a doctor urgently, as some of these signs might indicate a kidney infection or acute kidney condition that needs prompt medical intervention. Now, from an Ayurvedic perspective, these symptoms can be linked to an imbalance in the Pitta dosha, particularly affecting mutra vaha srotas (urinary channels). Here are some steps you can consider, but they must complement, not replace, medical treatment: 1. **Diet & Lifestyle:** Keep your body hydrated to flush out toxins. Favor light and cooling foods, like barley water, which eases urination. Avoid spicy, oily, and heavy foods as they aggravate Pitta and may worsen the burning sensation. Coconut water is another excellent hydrator and cooling agent. 2. **Herbal Support:** Chandanasava (sandalwood syrup) can help with burning sensation. Take it under guidance, about 20ml after meals. Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) may support kidney function but consult a practitioner before use, considering your high creatinine. 3. **Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine:** Both irritates the bladder and may worsen symptoms. Keep caffeine and alcohol intake to minimal or non-existent during this period. 4. **Gentle Yoga & Rest:** Pranayama (breathing exercises) like Anulom Vilom could help improve energy and balance stress contributing to the condition. But don’t overexert, as rest is crucial. Remember, while these Ayurvedic methods can support maintanence of health, medical evaluation and interventions are critical given the seriousness of your symptoms. Prompt treatment will ensure no further complications arise. Please seek professional help today.

This is serious and needs immediate action instead vertual consultation please Visit a hospital or nephrologist urgently (within 24 hours) You likely need IV antibiotics — oral medicines might not be enough now Your doctor might advise a blood culture, urine culture, and maybe hospitalization for infection control Delay can cause permanent kidney damage or even life-threatening infection.

I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.
