For any personalized treatment plans (diet, medicines, therapies), a proper consultation is required. Ayurveda treats each person individually, based on Prakriti (constitution), Vikriti (current imbalance), and many detailed factors. Therefore, I encourage you to opt for a paid personal consultation, so that I can study your case properly, give full attention, and offer the best authentic treatment suited to you. Health is an investment — not an expense. Thank you for understanding!”

Endometriosis can be really painful and exhausting, I've seen how challenging it can be for patients. From an Ayurvedic perspective, it's important to work on balancing your doshas and improving your overall wellness rather than just targeting the symptoms. Since you mentioned a cyst and that you’re already on modern medication, keep your healthcare provider in the loop with any new changes. Let's start with diet, it's a foundation in Ayurveda. Stick to a Pitta-pacifying diet which helps with reducing inflammation. So you wanna include cooling foods like leafy greens, cucumbers, and melons, and avoid spicy, fried, or overly acidic foods. Adding cooling herbs like coriander or mint when cooking can also help. Then, improve your agni, or digestive fire, by incorporating ginger tea into your routine. Sip on warm ginger water in the morning, it doesn't need to be super strong. Use a thumb-sized piece, boil it in water, discard the ginger and feel free to drink throughout the day. You might really benefit from Abhyanga which is a self-massage with warm sesame oil. It's soothing and can ease pain and fatigue. Just warm up some oil, apply it before a warm shower, and let it sit for about 15-20 mins. Meditation and gentle yoga, like Pawanmuktasana series, can do wonders for relaxation and alleviating pain. Making it part of your daily routine even for just 10-15 minutes, can have a significant impact over time. Keep in mind, these practices take time and consistency to show results, so patience is key! And do keep your healthcare provider informed if you're adding any Ayurvedic herbs or supplements, as they might react with current treatments. Endometriosis is tough, but with a holistic lifestyle adjustment along with medical treatment, things should start to look up a little more brighter every day.
