Sir, mera khana khane ka mnn krta hai lekin jb bhi mai khana khati hu vomit ho jata h .. Mai khana nhi kha paa rhi hu jiske wajh se blood ki kmi bhi ho gyi hai . Please help 🙏🏻 Sir maine bhukh lgne wali bhi medicine Li but kuch time baad again the same thing is happening.

Aapke symptoms sun kar mujhe samajh aata hai ki digestive issues ya usse hota dosha imbalance ho sakta hai. Lagta hai, kuch samay se your jatharagni, yaani digestive fire weak hogaya hai, jis wajah se khana properly digest nahi ho raha hai. Vomiting aur blood ki kami is related, kyunki poshak tatva (nutrients) aapke sharir ko nahi mil pa rahe hain. Toh pehle toh, aapke liye zaroori hai ki aap kisi qualified proffesional ko dekhe, especially with blood deficiency involved. Ye priority honi chahiye. Ab Ayurvedic perspective se kuch cheeze mein suggest karunga: 1. **Start slow with diet**: Bahut light diet shuru kare. Moong dal ka pani ya thin rice gruel jaise padhart try kare. Ye apke stomach ko comfortable feel karwayenge aur easily digest ho jata hai. Inka consumption pehle do teen din try kare. 2. **Ginger ka use karo**: Adrak (ginger) ka chhota tukda lo aur usse sukoon mile dusre kuch drops lemon juice or hing (asofoetida) ke saath chew kare. Ye vomiting ko control karke, afnonai gag reflex bahut maar cil par dikhega. 3. **Hingu Pachak vati or Avipattikar churna**: Ye ayurvedic formulation samjhte hain aapke agni ko thoda stimulate kar dete hai. Din mein ek ya do bar dhyan se le sakte ho paani ke saath. 4. **Elaichi and Fennel tea**: Elaichi (cardamom) aur saunf (fennel) ka ek simple herbal tea prepare kare. Ye aapke gas aur bloating issues ko relieve kar sakta hai, aur appetite ko normalize karta hai. Lakin, dehydrated ya weak mahsoos kare toh kisi doctor ko dhekne jaane mein deri mat kare.
