Hey there, let's dive into your concerns. First off, anemia can be a key player in upsetting your menstrual rhythms, right? Boosting blood health is a good starting point. Think iron-rich foods like jaggery and leafy greens like spinach and amaranth with aid, combined with some vitamin C sources like amla or lemon to enhance absorption—nature’s way of giving a wink, really. Now, the delayed periods. Our lovely Ayurveda would hint at a Vata imbalance here, especially when stress or lifestyle chaos wiggles in. Let’s focus on grounding that Vata energy, yeah? Make sure to even out your daily routine, eat at regular intervals, and try sipping on warm teas with ginger, cinnamon, and a hint of turmeric. Your desire for pregnancy? Yes, addressing the root of imbalance first is key. Focus on strengthening your reproductive tissues—shatavari and ashwagandha might be beneficial here. Maybe try a bit of shatavari powder mixed in warm milk before sleep, if that sits well with your daily routine. Ashwagandha can snugly fit into your day too, providing support for stress and overall vitality. Considering your prediabetic state, managing blood sugar is crucial. Pair your carbohydrates with proteins or healthy fats, and keep an eye on regular meals. Small tweaks here can help bigtime. Hair fall can usually cue in nutritional gaps or stress—one more reason to pamper that Pitta dosha with amla—internally and even as hair oil. External care with gentle scalp massages aid in circulation and nourishing those follicles. Lastly, but not the least, always listen to your body and if these remedies need to blend with the conventional treatments, do have a word with your doctor. Balance offline and online wisdom for best results. Wishing you healthy rhythms and well being!
