Doctors’ responses

So it sounds like you're dealing with quite a battle there, huh? Those symptoms you mentioned, sneezing, runny nose, cough with wheezing, especially in mornings could be tied to allergies indeed. Dust often is a sneaky culprit, lingering around our homes and triggering all sorts of issues, right? Let's try turning this around with some Ayurveda strategies. For your symptoms, your body's probably showing signs of Vata and Kapha imbalances. This might sound a bit outta left field but bear with me here. When Vata is aggravated, it can lead to excessive respiratory issues, and Kapha packed in there can heighten allergies, all that sticky congestion you're experiencing. First thing is, really pay attention to your environment, try keeping your space dust-free as much as possible. Consider using a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter, and wash your bedding in hot water weekly. Now for Ayurveda specifics: Start your day with a glass of warm water mixed with a bit of honey, or ginger, it's gonna help clear your sinuses and get that agni, your digestive fire roaring. Consider something simple like Tulsi or holy basil tea maybe two times a day, it’s known to cut down on Kapha. Boil a few leaves in water, sip it warm. Incorporate some Pippali (long pepper) into your meals. It’s known for working wonders on respiratory issues. But a little goes a long way, trust me. Just half a teaspoon mixed into honey, take in the morning for a couple of weeks. Pranayama exercise, especially Anulom Vilom (Alternate nostril breathing), can be a great ally here. It helps stabilize Vata, calming your respiratory system when done mindfully for around 10 mins daily. However, I gotta say, if symptoms get severe, like you mentioned breath issues or it's tough sleeping, don't wait. It's essential to head to a healthcare professional and get checked. Sometimes our bodies just need that added help you know, for tougher situations. Let's tackle this gradually, with gentle tweaks and that bit of patience. Let me know how it goes, yeah?

I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.
