How can I find an effective ayurvedic deodorant suitable for sensitive skin? - #21902

Anonymous

I am really struggling with body odor, and I've tried so many regular deodorants but they just irritate my skin. I read somewhere that an ayurvedic deodorant might be a more gentle option since it's made with natural ingredients, right? I'm super curious about this ayurvedic deodorant thing but honestly have no clue where to start looking. I mean, are there specific brands that are well-known? Also, does it really help with sweat or is it more about the scent? Like, I wanna feel fresh but I don't wanna break out or anything, ya know? Sometimes the chemical stuff makes my skin itch and I feel like I'm just covering the problem rather than solving it. If anyone’s had good experiences with ayurvedic deodorant, can I please get some insight? I'm guessin' it's all about balancing the pH or something with natural resources. Also, are there any other benefits? I feel like it could really help detoxify my body from all the toxins I've been exposed to from other products. This whole situation has me feeling a bit overwhelmed, but I really want to make the switch. Any thoughts, tips, or recommendations would be super appreciated!!!

Ayurvedic deodorants focus on neutralizing odor naturally, rather than blocking sweat like antiperspirants. Sweat itself is not the problem—it’s the bacteria breaking it down that causes odor. Ayurvedic formulas usually use herbs, minerals, and plant-based oils that: Maintain your skin’s natural pH Have antibacterial and cooling effects Calm inflammation and support lymphatic detox Forest Essentials Juicy Chemistry – 100% organic, baking soda-free Sadhev SoulTree Global Kopari Schmidt’s Fragrance Routine Meow Meow Tweet You can search online for this

Hello As per your complaints it look like you are a pitta dominant person, the heat and digestion may persist. So try to avoid spicy vinegar and salt in excess. Try to take one tsp of homemade ghee in early morning with sauf water(luke warm) Do shitli pranayam, anulom vilom, bhuminamaskara. With this you can start these medications Rx Arjuna kwath with panchwalkal kwath 20 ml -0-20 ml Add a pinch of cinnamon powder Tab arogya vardhini 2-0-2 Sukhma trifala 1 tsp before going to sleep. This will surely help you And as per your body you should make a body scrub with 50 gm arjuna churna+ trifla churna + chandan powder + 10 gm of natural heena and use it as scrub.
