Persistent Bloating and Digestive Issues - #51545

i feel bloated always after eating and and never feel hunger and my fart smell so bad and constipation is also there and stool is sticky redish in color and i first consulated an allophatic doctor and he diagonsed that i have chronic duodentitis and restrict me to spicy food and milk and milk products and sugary products also and after that i take medicine till 8 months and feel not much changes, after that my family suggested me to visit a very well known homeopathic doctor and i met him and he told me that i have colitis and i started taking medicine from that doctor and still not much changes so can please understand my situation and suggest me what to do
