Sorry for intruding but as its a common platform for asking questions hence I am responding . as per your question theme ( weight gain) and you are using krumi kuthar rasa I want to say for weight gain You should initialy undergo panchakarma therapy for Detoxifiaction . it rejunivates the body and expels all inner and outer mala's ( impurities) later start Aswaganda leham two spoons with warm milk two times a day after meals Chawanprasa leham two spoon with warm milk before bed time Eat high protein diet Eat fruits , vegetable Hope Dr. Prajakta Kulkarni will also message you

Krumikuthar ras will help deworming To put on weight you need to take Shatavari kalpa 2tsp twice daily before food with milk Ashwagandha churan ,1tsp at bedtime with cool milk Liv 52 1-0-0 to improve digestion and increase your appetite

Hi thankyou Doctors for your help now am confused which doctor's medication should I follow . Am khushi I had my medical test done everything seems fine & in my family evryone are healthy . In my college days I used to have slate pencil & I stopped it 3 yr ago and I evn tried having zentel to deworm my self & I tried ashwagandha shatvari powder to & other supplements bt there is no improvement in my weight. So right now in this platform I addressed my issue so they told me to use kurmikuthar ras I had it & the next step is confusing bcz evey doctor here is giving the advice bt am confused which one to follow so can you guide me in this ? Thankyou each & every doctor for your advice . Medical condition - normal
