I am really confused about how to consume gond katira. I heard it’s great for digestion and hydration, especially in the summer, but honestly, I don’t even know where to start. A friend told me you can mix it in water or milk, but then I read something about soaking it first? I tried just adding it straight into my smoothie the other day, and it just didn’t feel right. Last week, I had some serious bloating issues, you know, the kind where you feel like your stomach is a balloon. My aunt suggested gond katira might help, but I'm still unsure about the proper way to consume gond katira. Is it supposed to be like a jelly texture after soaking, or is that just me not doing it right? Also, any tips on how much to use would be super helpful!
