I am trying to figure out how to eat gulkand properly because I've heard a lot of good stuff about it but kinda confused about how to include it in my diet. A few weeks ago, I started feeling these weird stomach issues, like bloating after every meal and honestly, it's annoying! A friend told me gulkand could help with digestion and cooling the body, which sounds exactly what I need right now, ya know? 🌼 But I bought this jar of gulkand, and it’s more like a sticky paste than I expected. Do I just eat a spoonful straight? Or should I mix it with something?? I heard some people add it to their milk or yogurt. How to eat gulkand for the best results, if I even should? I’m kinda looking for suggestions on different ways to eat gulkand. Also, are there any specific dosages or times during the day when it’s better to take it?
