I’ve been struggling with fatigue and lack of focus lately, and I’m not sure if it’s linked to my habits. For the past year or so, I’ve been masturbating frequently—sometimes 4–5 times a week or more. A friend said this could weaken the body according to Ayurveda, especially for men, as it affects ojas (vital energy). I don’t experience any major physical problems, but I’ve noticed reduced stamina and sometimes even low confidence. My digestion also seems slower, and I’ve started getting acne, which wasn’t a problem before. Could these issues be related?
