Losing weight faster inspite of sufficient food intake - #23039

Inspite of having sufficient food loosing weight continuously. Lost almost 10-12 kgs in 2-3 years. Eating 3 times a day sufficient home made food also including vegetables, non- veg eggs etc. Issue started after taking covacin for covid
