Is Redmond Salt Better Than Regular Salt for Health - #2440
I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately, and I keep coming across people recommending Redmond salt instead of regular table salt. They say it’s more “natural” and better for your body, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the switch. Does it actually have health benefits, or is it just another trendy thing? Right now, I use regular iodized salt for cooking, but I’ve been hearing that refined salts aren’t good for you because they’re heavily processed. I also saw someone mention that Redmond salt has trace minerals that might help balance electrolytes. Is that true? Does it make a difference, especially if you already eat a balanced diet? I’ve had issues with bloating and water retention for a while, and I’m wondering if changing the type of salt I use could help with that. Also, is Redmond salt good for things like high blood pressure? A friend told me natural salts are better for people with BP problems, but I thought all salt should be limited in those cases.
