I have consulted with two urologist One said that it is due to chronic prostatitis Second said that it is due to Pdeundal neurologia Can you explain it what actualy is this

hello Randeep, in understand ur prostate is inflamed due to trapped heat and nerve blockage in the pelvic region. Ayurveda works by calming that nerve tension, clearing inflammation, and improving blood flow around the prostate. We don’t just suppress symptoms we help the body reverse the problem."

internal Medicine Prescription (6–8 weeks minimum): Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets twice a day after food Gokshuradi Guggulu – 2 tablets twice a day after food Punarnavadi Kashayam – 15 ml + 15 ml water before food, twice a day Shilajit Resin (pure) – 300–500 mg daily with warm milk in the morning Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tablets at bedtime If semen quality is weak:

Add Ashwagandha Avaleha – 1 tsp at bedtime with milk

Panchakarma (if you can go to an Ayurvedic centre): Basti (Medicated Enema) with Bala Taila or Sahacharadi Taila – 5 sittings alternate days Abhyanga (massage) with Mahanarayana Taila over lower abdomen + back Steam therapy (Nadi Swedana) to relax the pelvic area

These therapies are best if done at a clinic, but even oral medicines alone will bring relief in most early cases.

Diet + Lifestyle Avoid: Spicy, oily, fermented food, red meat, alcohol, cold drinks Take: Warm water, coconut water, bottle gourd, ash gourd, soaked fenugreek seeds Do not hold urine or delay bowel movement Sleep on time, avoid sitting too long Avoid constipation – take Triphala churna at bedtime if needed

Investigations: Urine routine & culture Ultrasound of prostate (KUB) PSA (just to rule out anything serious) Semen analysis (if you’re concerned about fertility)

If followed properly, you’ll start seeing results in 3–4 weeks, and long-term correction takes around 3 months. Ayurvedic medicine won’t make you dependent and will rebuild your natural strength.

If you have any doubts, you can contact me. Take care, Regards, Dr.Karthika

Hi Randeep, what you’re feeling is actually quite common in chronic prostatitis. That numbness in the penis, pelvic pain, itching, and needing to pee every hour it’s all because the nerves and blood flow in your pelvic area are irritated and not working smoothly. And since everything down there is so connected, it naturally affects your libido and erections too. But the good thing is, the moment the inflammation settles or the irritation reduces, you start feeling normal again that’s why your sexual function comes back when symptoms ease. So it’s not permanent damage; it’s more like a switch that flips depending on how calm or irritated your pelvic system is. Don’t worry it’s fully manageable with the right care and regular routine.

Mam my prostate in not enlarged as i have done ultrasound for it Ultradound report showing prostate is normal in size I have chronic prostatitis which is different from enlarged prostate

YES definitely enlarged prostate and chronic prostatitis is totally different condition and approach is also totally different

And after reading your question I get to know that it is prostatitis and I had given treatment accordingly

the treatment I advised is for prostatitis not for prostate inflammation

PROSTATITIS= is inflammation of prostate gland caused by infection

INFLAMMATION IS NOT ENLARGED its infectious swelling dosent mean enlarged swelling can be due to infection

Enlarged prostate is non cancerous growth

so don’t worry Randeep,

the treatment given is for inflammation and not enlarged so go for the treatment and be consistent you will surely get relief

THANK YOU, in case you still have doubt then kindly contact us

Hello Randeep ji, Thank you for reaching out and yes,i can understand chronic prostatitis can be frustrating, especially when allopathic medicines like Alfuzosin give limited or no long-term relief. But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊

Chronic Prostatitis in Ayurveda

❌ Avoid: Spicy, oily, fried foods Sour items like pickles, curd Heavy gym workouts or long sitting without breaks Suppression of natural urges (urination, semen, sleep)

✅ Lifestyle Advice

Do Bhramari Pranayama + Ashwini Mudra daily (10 mins) Maintain good bowel habits (constipation worsens prostatitis)

I have consulted with two urologist One said that it is due to chronic prostatitis Second said that it is due to Pdeundal neurologia Can you explain it what actualy is this

Chronic prostatitis can be frustrating, but Ayurveda offers a holistic approach that might help you, by focusing on balancing doshas and improving overall health. The root cause of prostatitis in Ayurveda often links to vitiated pitta dosha that affects the reproductive tissue (Shukra dhatu).

Firstly, diet plays a significant role. Consume pitta-pacifying foods like sweet fruits, cucumbers, zucchini, asparagus, and leafy greens. Avoid spicy, sour, and fried foods which can aggravate Pitta dosha. Include plenty of water, as adequate hydration is crucial.

Herbal remedies can support in managing prostatitis. Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) and Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) are traditionally used for prostate health and are believed to support healthy urinary tract function. These can be taken in powder form or capsules. Ashwagandha may also be suggested as it aids in balancing vata and provides overall strength.

Practicing regular Pranayama (breathing exercises) can be beneficial. Anulom Vilom and Bhramari are particularly recommended to help relieve stress and balance the energies within the body. Yoga postures like Surya Namaskar and Baddha Konasana also help, but should be done mindfully, without strain.

Lifestyle changes are vital as well. Avoid excessive sitting, try to move every hour if you have a desk job. A regular sleep schedule supports your body’s healing process, aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep.

Lastly, keeping a regular check with your allopathic doctor along with these Ayurvedic practices, especially since you’ve already tried some medications, is crucial to ensure that there’s no progress of the condition. Ayurveda aims at long-term balance, so it’s important to follow these consistently over time to see improvement.

Individual care in Ayurveda is based on your prakriti (constitution), so consultation with an Ayurvedic practitioner might tailor therapies precisely for you. Be sure to approach these recommendations keeping in mind the need for a professional assessment, espcially when managing chronic conditions like prostatitis.

HELLO RANDEEP,

In Ayurveda prostatitis is closely related to vata dosha aggravation in the apana vata region (pelvis/lower abdomen), often coupled with pitta imbalance (inflammation, burning sensation) and sometimes kapha(blockage or swelling)

The condition can ve viewed as a mix of -mutraghata (urinary obstruction) -SHOTHA- prostate gland inflammation

ADVISED PANCHAKARMA FOR DEEP DETOX AND HEALIN -BASTI- medicated enema -ABHYANGA- oil massage -SWEDANA- to. reduce swelling and pain -UTTARA BASTI-administered through urethra=very powerful and effective

DIET AND LIFESTYLE

DIET -light, digestible food -moong dal, red rice, gourds, green vegetables -avoid spicy, oily, fried, and sour foods -drink warm water, barley water and coconut water -avoid alcohol, tobacco, and excessive sexual activity/masturation

LIFESTYLE -daily gentle yoga especially pawanmuktasana, baddha konasana, vajrasana -avoid sitting for long hours, take breaks if you work at desk -stress management -try bhramari, sheetali, anulom vilom

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) BALA TAILA -internal= 10 drops with warm milk -external= gentle massage over lower abdomen and lower back =recues Vata in pelvic region, strengthens reproductive organs

2) ASHWAGANDHADI LEHYA -1 tsp daily twice with warm milk =chronic pain, weakness, sexual side effects of prostatitis

3) BASANT KUSUMAKAR RAS= 125 mg once daily with milk =strengthen urogenital system

4) TRIPHALA GUGGULU= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =sweeling, constipation related pressure on prostate

5) KSHARA PARPATI= 250 mg twice daily with water or ghee = chronic urinary issues, infections, shotha

6) SHILAPRAVANG SPECIAL(BRAND ZANDU) -1 tab twice daily after food = chronic prostatitis with sexual weakness, fatigue

TAKE warm sitz bath with dashmoola decoction

daily practice of Ashwini mudra and moola bandha can help relieve pelvic congestion

practice vajrasana after meals for 10 mins daily to improve pelvic blood flow

Follow this medications for 4 weeks and then revert back

THANK YOU

I am a BAMS graduate and currently running my own clinic, where I see patients on a regular basis and try to give them honest, practical care. My daily work involves understanding different health concerns, listening properly to what the patient is going through, and then planning treatment in a way that actually fits their routine. I believe treatment should not feel confusing or rushed, and sometimes even small changes make a big difference. Running my own clinic has taught me a lot about responsibility and consistency. Some days are busy, some are slow, but every patient brings a different challenge and learning. I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle correction and long-term health balance, rather than quick fixes. There are times when progress takes longer, but I stay patient and keep working with the person step by step. I try to keep my approach simple, practical and honest. For me, real success is when a patient feels better in daily life, sleeps better, eats better and slowly regains balance. That is what keeps me going and improving every day.

I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

I am a third generation Ayurveda doctor, working in this field for many years and learning the knowledge passed down in my family line. I have been treating patients with different long term health problems, specially those who are tired of repeated medicines and want a more natural way to heal. My focus is mainly on understanding the root cause of the disease, not just the symptoms, because I truly belive healing should happen from inside, not just temporary relief. I work closely with patients and try to understand their lifestyle, food habits, stress levels and seasonal imbalances. Based on that, I suggest ayurvedic medicines along with simple daily routines and diet changes that can actually be followed in real life. Many people come to me after trying many treatments, and slowly we work together toward better health. I do not believe in one medicine for everyone. Every body is different, and treatment should also be personal. Over the years I have treated many long standing conditions with patience, consistency and proper guidance. I still keep learning everyday, because Ayurveda is vast and there is always something more to understand. My aim is to help people live a healthier, balanced life using authentic Ayurvedic principles, simple remedies and honest guidance, without overcomplicating things.

I am an Ayurveda practitioner who’s honestly kind of obsessed with understanding what really caused someone’s illness—not just what hurts, but why it started in the first place. I work through Prakruti-Vikruti pareeksha, tongue analysis, lifestyle patterns, digestion history—little things most ppl skip over, but Ayurveda doesn’t. I look at the whole system and how it’s interacting with the world around it. Not just, like, “you have acidity, take this churna.” My main focus is on balancing doshas—Vata, Pitta, Kapha—not in a copy-paste way, but in a very personalized, live-and-evolving format. Because sometimes someone looks like a Pitta imbalance but actually it's their aggravated Vata stirring it up... it’s layered. I use herbal medicine, ahar-vihar (diet + daily routine), lifestyle modifications and also just plain conversations with the patient to bring the mind and body back to a rhythm. When that happens—healing starts showing up, gradually but strongly. I work with chronic conditions, gut imbalances, seasonal allergies, emotional stress patterns, even people who just “don’t feel right” anymore but don’t have a name for it. Prevention is also a huge part of what I do—Ayurveda isn’t just for after you fall sick. Helping someone stay aligned, even when nothing feels urgent, is maybe the most powerful part of this science. My entire practice is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—Charaka, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridayam—and I try to stay true to the system, but I also speak to people where they’re at. That means making the treatments doable in real life. No fancy lists of herbs no one can find. No shloka lectures unless someone wants them. Just real healing using real logic and intuition together. I care about precision in diagnosis. I don’t rush that part. I take time. Because one wrong assumption and you’re treating the shadow, not the source. And that’s what I try to avoid. My goal isn’t temporary relief—it’s to teach the body how to not need constant fixing. When someone walks away lighter, clearer, more in tune with their system—that’s the actual win.

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Rajan soni
I am working in Ayurveda field from some time now, started out as a general physician at Chauhan Ayurveda Hospital in Noida. That place taught me a lot—how to handle different types of patients in OPD, those daily cases like fever, digestion issues, body pain... but also chronic stuff which keeps coming back. After that I moved to Instant Aushadhalya—an online Ayurveda hospital setup. Whole different space. Consultations online ain’t easy at first—no pulse reading, no direct Nadi check—but you learn to ask the right things, look at patient’s tone, habit patterns, timing of symptoms... and yeah it actually works, sometimes even better than in person. Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. That awareness kinda becomes half the cure already. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes ppl don’t follow what you say, sometimes results are slow, and yeah that gets to you. But this path feels honest. It’s slow, grounded, and meaningful.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.
