Dr. Mehak Arora
I am Dr. Mehak Arora, a graduate in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College and Hospital, affiliated with Shri Krishna Ayush University, Kurukshetra. My training has been rooted in classical Ayurvedic principles, with a growing passion for women's health, panchakarma therapy, and lifestyle-based healing. During my undergraduate years, I gained practical exposure through consistent participation in both OPD and IPD settings, where I assisted in managing conditions such as PCOS, skin diseases, digestive imbalances, and menstrual disorders. These experiences allowed me to deepen my understanding of Ayurvedic diagnostic tools, including Prakriti analysis, Dosha-Vikruti assessment, and Nidana Panchaka, which I now apply to offer personalized, constitution-based care. I have a strong academic interest in foundational Ayurvedic concepts and therapeutic procedures, particularly in how Panchakarma can be integrated into modern preventive and curative frameworks. My learning has been both theoretical and hands-on, and I am confident in supporting patient management under the guidance of senior Vaidyas. As a sincere and adaptive learner, I believe Ayurveda is not just a system of medicine but a way of life. My aim is to offer holistic care by combining classical Ayurvedic wisdom with a practical, patient-centered approach. I am excited to continue this journey with platforms like Ask Ayurveda, where I can learn under experienced practitioners and contribute meaningfully to restoring health through natural and time-tested methods.
