First of all avoid excessive pittavardhak ahar vihar like excessive spicy, sour, salty food,oily and fried food etc.

Start taking these medications, 1.sutshekhar rasa 1-0-1 empty stomach 2.Kamdudha ras moti yukta 1-0-1 3.Avipattikar choorna 1tsf with lukewarm water twice in a day.

*Daily drink water of soaked coriander seeds (overnight).

Hello, 1. Please have early dinner; there should be at least 2 hours gap between dinner and going to bed. 2. Have light dinner like kichadiand/soup. Do not eat stomachfull. 3. Chew your food properly. 4. Avoid spicy, oily food and lots of masala in the food. 5. Drink warm cumin water during the day.

Medicine: 1. Syp. Ulsant D 10ml 30 minutes before food for 30 days.

आयुर्वेद के अनुसार, *पित्त दोष का असंतुलन एसिड रिफ्लक्स का मूल कारण है, जिससे शरीर में गर्मी और अम्लता बढ़ जाती है। कई कारक रात में एसिड रिफ्लक्स को बढ़ा सकते हैं:

Acid reflux, ya GERD, ka samadhan Ayurveda ke zariye sambhav hai. As per Ayurvedic principles, this condition occurs due to an imbalance in Pitta dosha. Pehle to, aapko apne ahar aur vihar ko samjhna hoga.

Diet: Aapne apni bhojan vidhi mein kuch parivartan kiye bina iska samadhan sambhav nahi hai. Thanda aur pitta-shamak ahar lena shuru karein, jaise doodh, ghee, chamomile chai, aur sabziyon mein patta gobhi, kakdi aur dhaniya. Mirch, tamatar, chhole, pakode, teliya bhojan, aur any acidic foods ko avoid kariye. Khana dheere-dheere aur acche se chabakar khayein, aur dinner sote se 2 ghante pehle khayen.

Lifestyle: Din mein adhik stress hone ki wajah se acidty badh sakti hai, yog aur pranayam isme bahut fayda karega. Khastaur se anulom-vilom aur kapalbhati pranayam. Din mein kuch waqt dhyan (meditation) ke liye bhi nikalna effective hoga. Sote waqt sir ko thoda uncha rakhein, taake acid reflex na ho.

Herbal Remedies: Ajwain aur saunf ka paani bohot madadgar hai. Khana khane ke baad, ajwain aur saunf chein aur paani pito. Iske saath, liccorice muleti powder ko bhi doodh ke saath le sakte ho - isse stomach lining ko accha hota hai.

Consult aayurvedic doctor in person if symptoms persist. Agar condition mai sudhar nahi hota, ya symptom ghambhir hai jise kuch din mein fayda nahi ho raha, to turant vaysisth pathat se paramarsh lega. Jalapippali ka churna ya paththarchur ka choorna, dono hi bhali lagaate hai is sthumban ke liye. Iska ek chhota chamach daily, paani ya honey ke saath lena aram de sakta hai. Ye agni ko prajvalit karta hai aur pet ke acquiry ko control karta hai.

Ajwain aur jeera se bhari padharth is sthiti ke liye krama kaar hai. Khana khane se pehle gungune paani mein thodi ajwain aur jeera add karein. Ye digestion mein madad karta hai aur pitta ke antadritavastha ko geharata hai.

Yoga aur pranayama se vi bhi fark pad sakta hai. Deep breathing aur uddiyan bandha yoga ka abhyas karna faydumand hai. Iske alaava, try to manage stress as it might indirectly elevate reflux symptoms.
