Neeri Tablets - #30338

Skylar

I am really confused about this whole situation with my health. I've been having these weird episodes of fatigue and like... just overall not feeling great. A friend of mine mentioned Neeri Tablets after I told her about my recurring urinary issues. She said they helped her substantially and that they also have some benefits for detox and kidney stuff? I started researching Neeri Tablets but honestly, there’s so much out there! Last week, I had a blood test and my doctor said something about my uric acid levels being higher than normal. That scared me a bit! I didn’t think I was eating bad or anything. I did drink a lot of soda for while, but I've cut down since then. Anyway, I’m worried about this constant thirst and how I maybe need to naturally balance things out. Can Neeri Tablets really support kidney health? I've tried some other natural remedies, like herbs and teas, but none seem to be working. Do you think I should definitely start using Neeri Tablets, or maybe they won’t make a difference? Just want to do the right thing here, which can be so confusing! Any insights would be super helpful! Oh, and are there side effects?

Neeri tablets are generally used in Ayurveda to support urinary tract health, and can help in maintaining healthy kidney function. They’re formulated with a blend of herbs that are traditionally known to soothe urinary discomfort and support renal health. Your concerns about fatigue, constant thirst, and high uric acid levels do suggest some imbalance in the body - which, according to Ayurveda, could be reflecting an imbalance in your doshas, particularly Pitta or Vata.

Neeri Tablets have ingredients like Shuddha Silajit, and Gokshura, which are reputed for their diuretic and rejuvenative properties. These components can help in flushing out excess uric acid and support the detoxification process of the kidneys. However, it’s crucial to first address diet and lifestyle factors before starting any supplement.

Given your history with high soda intake, try to keep your diet low in purines by reducing food items like red meat, shellfish, and high-fructose corn syrup. Instead, focus on fruits, vegetables, and a moderate amount of lean proteins. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking enough (but not excessive) water to support kidney function. Aim for at least 2-2.5 liters per day unless advised otherwise by your physician.

In terms of starting Neeri Tablets, they could be a supportive measure, but it’s advisable to first consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner who can provide a diagnosis based on your overall prakriti (constitution) and current dosha imbalance. About side effects, Neeri Tablets are usually considered safe, however, some individuals might experience mild digestive upset or allergy. Monitor any new symptoms or changes closely.

It’s essential that you’re in regular contact with your healthcare provider to monitor uric acid levels and adjust your natural or medicinal strategy accordingly. Since you’ve had changes in lab results, keeping your doctor updated on any herbal supplements or major dietary changes is wise. Always use such supplements as a part of a holistic approach that includes dietary and lifestyle corrections, not as a stand-alone cure.

Neeri Tablets are a formulation that may be beneficial for urinary health, often used for supporting the kidneys and addressing issues like urinary tract infections, kidney stones, and general urological wellness. They contain a blend of herbs like Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris), Pashanbhed (Bergenia ligulata), and Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa), known in the Ayurvedic tradition to help balance urinary function and support renal health. These herbs work towards reducing inflammation, dissolving stones to some degree, and enhancing the flow of urine, which helps cleanse the urinary system.

In your case, with the elevated uric acid levels, the overall direction would be to focus on diet and lifestyle changes alongside any herbal supplements. Since sodas can contribute to these issues due to their sugar and fructose content, it’s good you’re cutting back. Hydration is key, so maintaining a steady intake of water supports your kidney function and helps dilute urine.

However, before starting Neeri Tablets or any supplement, please consult with your doctor or an Ayurvedic practitioner, especially since you have specific concerns about uric acid and thirst. Overuse or misapplication can sometimes lead to imbalances. While generally considered safe, Neeri Tablets could have minor side effects like gastrointestinal discomfort in some people, or interact with other medications you’re taking.

Alongside considering Neeri Tablets, gently incorporate dietary changes that reduce uric acid—limit foods high in purines (like red meat, organ meats, and some fish), increase intake of cherries and strawberries which help reduce uric acid, and try to maintain healthy levels of physical activity.

If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is crucial to seek immediate medical attention. Balancing doshas is integral in Ayurveda, and understanding your personal constitution (prakriti) can guide your treatment effectively. Regular follow-ups with healthcare professionals are important, ensuring that your approach aligns with your individual health needs.
