I am worried about my health lately. I’ve been feeling really fatigued and sometimes have these weird dizzy spells. Like, I can’t even get through my day without wanting to nap, feels like my energy’s been drained, u know? A friend suggested I try Baidyanath Ras Sindoor but I’m confused about it. Is it really safe? I read about it, and it seems like a traditional Ayurvedic remedy, but I have no idea how it might help with my symptoms.
