Constipation, bloating, and digestion issues often indicate an imbalance in the Vata dosha, which can be aggravated by irregular routines and stress. To tackle these issues, let’s start with your digestion. Firstly, regularize your eating schedule—try to have meals at the same times each day. This, patter, helps set a rhythm for your digestive system.

Include warm, cooked foods like khichdi or moong dal soup, which are easy to digest. Add spices like cumin, ginger, and fennel to alleviate bloating and enhance digestion. Stay hydrated with warm water throughout the day, and avoid cold drinks which can disrupt Agni, your digestive fire.

For constipation, try sipping on warm water with a pinch of rock salt first thing in the morning. Aloe vera juice taken on empty stomach can be beneficial too. Adding a tablespoon of ghee in warm milk before bedtime acts as a natural laxative while nourishing Vata.

Regarding dandruff and hair concerns, this could be linked to a Pitta or Vata imbalance. Consider applying warm coconut oil or sesame oil on your scalp. This not only moisturizes but helps in reducing dandruff. Leave it on for an hour before washing off with a mild Ayurvedic shampoo containing neem or tea tree oil, known for their scalp-cleansing properties.

Mindful tea consumption, like herbal blends containing Brahmi or Tulsi, support mental balance and reduce stress—the triggers often exacerbating these issues. As traveling can disturb Vata, carry fennel seeds with you to chew post meals, helping with digestion and reducing bloating.

Finally, consistent practices like light yoga or deep breathing can bring balance to your system. Trikonasana or Pawanmuktasana are particularly helpful asanas for digestion. However, seek immediate medical attention if symptoms persist or worsen, prioritizing your health above all.
