Aapke symptoms jaise vaginal wetness, lower abdomen aur lower back mein dard, aur urine frequency ka badhna aur burning sensation kuch vaginal infection ya urinary tract infection (UTI) ke lakshan ho sakte hain. Lekin aapne pehle se gynaecologist se ilaaj liya hai aur urine reports bhi normal hain, isliye kuch aur details samajhna zaroori hoga. Kripya ye jankari den: Aapko periods kaise rehte hain? Unmein koi asamaanata (irregularity), ya zyadati dard toh nahi hai? Kya aapko white discharge hota hai? Agar hota hai toh uska rang ya smell kaisa hai? Ye pain aur burning sensation kab se ho rahi hai? Kya yeh kisi specific activity ke baad hoti hai, jaise intercourse ke baad? Aapki peshab (urine) ka rang normal hai ya kabhi cloudy ya change hua hai? Aapko constipation ya digestive issues toh nahi hain? Agar ye symptoms barqarar hain, toh kisi Ayurvedic chikitsa jaise Yoni Pichu (medicated tampon with oils like Shatavari Taila or Jatyadi Taila), Triphala Kashaya ke sitz bath, aur Chandraprabha Vati jaise aushadhiyan madadgar ho sakti hain. Aapko apna lifestyle aur diet par bhi dhyan dena hoga.

Seems like you're dealing with something uncomfortable, and it's important to address that. The wetness, pain, and burning you're experiencing might hint towards an imbalance around your lower abdomen. In Ayurveda, such symptoms often link back to an imbalance of the Vata dosha, and sometimes even Pitta, considering the burning sensation. Kya aapne fluid intake check kiya hai? Pitta aggravation can cause burning and increased urination, so make sure you're staying hydrated with room temperature water or coconut water to balance that heat. Sometimes, our diet can stir things up too. Avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods if possible, as they can spike Pitta, leading to more irritation. Simple remedies? My guess would be to integrate some cooling herbs. Try toasting fennel seeds lightly, then putting them into a warm, humid tea. Sip slowly after meals to help soothe your system. And think about adding aloe vera juice (one tablespoon in water before meals) into the mix—it's naturally cooling and could ease the burning. About the pain in your lower back and abdomen—stretching exercises might help. Gentle stretching, especially if you focus on the pelvic area, can relieve Vata imbalances and calm your nervous system. Your mention of frequent urination caught my attention. Could be a urinary tract imbalance, but since your reports are clean, stress or diet might be the culprits. Relaxation techniques like deep breathing, or mindful walking could aid here. Also, try placing a warm towel on your abdomen for relief. But here's the deal—sometimes our environments and habits silently impact us. Check your lifestyle: sleep, stress, and diet can play big roles. If symptoms persist, you might consider consulting another practitioner—they might catch something others missed. Always good to have a fresh perspective!
