I am suffering from severe hairfall and so much body pain ,I also don't have regular bowel movements and sometimes I feel numbness in my hands and feets i feel like my body is destroying from insideI also feel mentally exhausted all the time and sleep a lot . I have vitamin D and vitaminB12 deficiency.
