आयुर्वेद के अनुसार हकलाने और लार के अधिक बनने का इलाज ​आयुर्वेद के अनुसार, बोलने में हकलाना (Stammering) और मुंह में अत्यधिक लार बनना (Excess Saliva Formation) का संबंध अक्सर वात, पित्त और कफ दोषों के असंतुलन से होता है। इन समस्याओं को दूर करने के लिए कुछ आयुर्वेदिक उपाय और जीवनशैली में बदलाव किए जा सकते हैं।

​3) मुलेठी churna -3 gm with warm honey in morning : मुलेठी गले और आवाज के लिए बहुत अच्छी मानी जाती है। इसका पाउडर शहद के साथ मिलाकर लेना हकलाने की समस्या में राहत दे सकता है।

​गाय का घी (Cow’s Ghee): शुद्ध गाय का घी वात और पित्त को संतुलित करता है। रोज़ सुबह एक चम्मच घी खाने से मानसिक और शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य दोनों में सुधार हो सकता है।
