Greetings I ve Fibromyalgia and since the cold season it s getting worse especiallyin my legs.Weakness with falling and I m super cold even with many blanket at night and duringthedayIuse electricblanket and it helps My sinus are fragile with mucus behind my throat and I cough a lot at night and in the morning I ve got antibiotics for that but return.I daily take duloxetine 39 mg and coveram .Fatigue after a move ...thank you for your advice onAyurvedicplantsand life style for winter.Idon'tknow my dosha profile.I m 56years old and 60 kg .. cinnamon tea isgoodfor me?Thankyou.Regards.Claire
