Hi Team, I recently got diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. I have all the symptoms and it is very painful. I have tried Ayurveda many times but never helped me as such. I felt cheated, huge money were taken from with no results. Please guide - How to find a genuine Ayurvedic practitioner? And can Ayurveda help manage symptoms or cure Ankylosing Spondylitis? You can manage symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis with ayurveda panchakarma along with ayurveda medicines+diet-lifestyle changes… But please follow doctors instructions properly.
