I am kinda freaking out here. A few months ago, I started feeling really tired and just out of sorts—like all the time! I tried changing my diet, you know, eating healthier, but it just wasn't cutting it. Then, a friend suggested I look into SNA Phala Rasaayanam. I had never heard of it, but she swore by it. Yeah, anyway, I started taking it last month, and honestly, at first, I felt a little better. But now, I’m not sure if it’s working or if I’m just imagining things!! My digestion has been a bit off too—like one moment I’m fine, then the next, it’s like my stomach is a knot. Plus, I keep reading that SNA Phala Rasaayanam is great for boosting energy levels and immunity, but I can't tell if that's what’s happening or if I’m just making it all up in my mind.
