No pain or swelling

As there is no pain or swelling actually it’s a good sign that there is no infection, So the track is clearing out the remaining pus/ impurities Keep the area clean and dry N do sitz bath daily with warm water And continue the medicine which have been prescribed by your doctor

The removal of the Kshar Sutra, used for treating hemorrhoids, can sometimes lead to drainage, but pus formation is not typical. A slight discharge, such as a watery or serous fluid, may occur in the healing process. If pus is present, it might indicate an infection, especially if accompanied by symptoms like increased pain, fever, or redness around the area.

It’s essential to monitor your symptoms closely. If you notice persistent pus, or if other symptoms like swelling or discomfort intensify, it’s advisable to seek medical attention promptly. A healthcare professional can properly evaluate the wound and consider if an antibiotic or further treatment is necessary.

In Ayurveda, post-procedure care is crucial to encourage proper healing and prevent complications. Keeping the area clean and dry is vital. You might wash the area gently with warm saline solution – ideally prepared by dissolving a teaspoon of rock salt in a glass of warm water. This can help maintain cleanliness and support healing. Applying turmeric paste lightly, is another option, due to its natural antibacterial properties, though make sure to avoid excess moisture build-up.

Diet plays an important role in recovery. Consuming easy-to-digest, warm soups and khichdi with mild spices can help. Stay hydrated with herbal teas like ginger or cumin seed tea, and avoid heavy, spicy, or greasy foods. Regular consuming of Triphala churna at night, if suits you, can enhance digestive function and reduce constipation, which can strain the recovery process.

Remember, these recommendations supplement, not replace professional medical evaluation. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your Ayurveda practitioner or healthcare provider for a more detailed assesment and personalized care.

After ksher sutra treatment, it’s not uncommon for some discharge, including pus, to be present as the healing process continues. Kshar sutra is a traditional Ayurvedic method used primarily for conditions like piles (hemorrhoids) and fistula, and part of its therapeutic action involves the controlled cutting and healing of the affected tissue. However, while some discharge can be normal, excessive pus could suggest an infection or delayed healing, so it’s something that should be monitored closely.

In the case of hemorrhoids specifically, after thread removal, you should continue to maintain good hygiene in the area to prevent any potential infections. This might be challenging without external signs, but you can ensure cleanliness with careful washing using warm water and mild, natural antiseptics like Triphala or neem decoction. Avoid using any invasive or overly harsh cleansing agents that could irritate the tissue further.

From a dietary perspective, focus on maintaining a diet that balances the doshas, particularly targeting any Pitta-related imbalance which might be contributing to inflammation. Include cooling and calming foods like cucumber, zucchini, and ample greens, while avoiding spicy, fermenting, or excessively oily foods. Drinking plenty of warm water and herbal teas like coriander or fennel can help keep the digestion smooth, thereby reducing strain during bowel movements.

If you notice an increase in pus, redness, fever, or any significant pain, it’s essential to consult your ayurvedic practitioner or a qualified healthcare professional promptly to rule out infection and ensure that the condition does not worsen. While minor discharge is normal following such a procedure, any sign of infection should be taken seriously to prevent complications.
