It seems like you may be experiencing premature ejaculation, which is a common issue, especially at your age. In Ayurveda, this condition is often linked to imbalances in the vata dosha and weakened reproductive health. To address it naturally and in the long term, the focus would be on strengthening your reproductive system, calming vata, and improving overall vitality. A combination of herbal remedies like ashwagandha, safed musli, and shatavari can help rejuvenate sexual health and endurance. Regular practices of yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises) can also improve control and reduce anxiety related to sexual performance. Along with this, a balanced diet rich in healthy fats, whole grains, and vegetables, while avoiding excessive heat-producing foods like spicy or fried items, will support overall balance. Additionally, it is important to avoid stress and adopt a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise. You should also consider consulting with an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner who can provide a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

Sounds like you're dealing with some kind of premature ejaculation issue during intercourse, right? And you're interesting in using Ayurveda to help, which is a great holistic approach to rebalancing things in your body. Based on what you're describing, it's possible that there might be an imbalance in your Vata dosha. Vata is responsible for movement and quick actions in the body, so if it's excessive, it might cause loss of control. That said, here’s some stuff you can try. First off, focusing on your diet. Warm, cooked foods that are grounding (think: sweet potatoes, rice, cooked veggies) are important. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and very spicy foods as they can aggravate Vata. Hydrate well but avoid excessive cold drinks. Routine's a game changer too — regular meal times and sleeping at the same time can help stabilize Vata. Include relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises (pranayama) or meditation. Simple alternate nostril breathing could work wonders by calming your mind. Exercise is really important but make it gentle, like yoga or maybe walking. Too much intense exercise can spike Vata. Ashwagandha *(a classic herb)* might be beneficial too; it helps with stress and supports stamina. With this, any herbal supplement – consult an ayurvedic practitioner, they can best guide on dosage. Also, try Abhyanga — oil self-massage with sesame oil before showers. This routine is Vata pacifying, which can stabilize your system. Remember, consistency is everything in Ayurveda. It's not an overnight solution but more of a lifestyle shift. If your condition persists or is significantly impacting life, don't hesitate to reach out to a professional for tailored guidence. Balance isn't an arrival, it's a practice.
