I am really confused about this whole Baidyanath Basantakusmakar Ras thing. I started using it a few weeks ago because I've been feeling totally drained and have had some issues related to fatigue. Honestly, it feels like I’m running on empty all the time — like no matter how much I sleep, I just can’t shake off the tired feeling. I read somewhere that Baidyanath Basantakusmakar Ras is supposed to help with boosting energy and rejuvenation, but I'm not sure if it’s working for me. Sometimes I think maybe I should’ve done more research before diving in, you know? I don’t even know if I’m taking the right dosage. A friend mentioned taking it might also improve my digestion, but I’ve been experiencing some slight stomach discomfort since I started it, which makes me second-guess if it’s the reason.
