I am really struggling lately with this persistent fatigue and feeling kinda off. Been trying to explore options after hearing about Sitaram Vidaryadi Kashayam from a friend who swears by it for energy. They said it's helped them a ton, but honestly, I'm kinda confused about how it works. Like, should I be taking it every day? I read somewhere that it's great for stamina and rejuvenation, but what does that even mean for someone like me who just can't get through the day without crashing??? I tried some other herbal remedies, and while some helped a little, nothing worked like my friend said Sitaram Vidaryadi Kashayam would. I had blood tests done recently, everything came back fine, but I feel like I'm dragging. It’s just worrisome! I’m really curious to know if anyone here has actually used Sitaram Vidaryadi Kashayam and what their experience was. Did it really boost your energy?? Also, any tips on dosage and what to expect?
